Plain-language terms for using Recoupe. Last updated June 2026.

The service

Recoupe connects to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect OAuth, reads your invoice history, and sends payment-recovery emails to your customers on your behalf, under your brand name. You can pause sending, edit every email, and disconnect at any time.

Pricing & trial

One plan: $29/month after a 30-day free trial (no card required for the trial). Cancel anytime via the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

ROI guarantee

If Recoupe doesn't recover at least 3× your subscription cost in your first 60 paid days, email us and we refund everything. “Recovered” uses our conservative attribution definition: an invoice counts as recovered by Recoupe only if at least one Recoupe email was confirmed delivered before the invoice was paid.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to email the customers whose invoices we process.
• You won't use Recoupe to send content that is unlawful or misleading.
• You remain responsible for your own Stripe account and its configuration.

Liability

Recoupe is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We never move money in your Stripe account and never store your customers' card data.

Termination & data

Delete your account in Settings at any time — this hard-deletes your org data (tracked invoices, email logs, reports). See the Privacy Policy for details.
